Osceola Middle School is a middle school in Ocala, Florida. This school was named after a Native American leader, Osceola. The school first opened on September 21, 1925 as the new Ocala High School. When Ocala High School moved to a larger facility on Fort King Street in the late 1950s, the old campus was changed to a middle school and is still occupied today.

Forest High School (Florida)

Forest High School is a school in Ocala, Marion County, Florida, USA. It has an EMIT program. The school's colors are green and gold, and the school mascot is the Wildcat. It is a rival to Vanguard in sports. As of 2012, it had an enrollment of some 2,350. Forest High School moved to its current location on Maricamp Road, southeast of the city limits of Ocala, in 2005. The school was originally on Fort King Street in Ocala, at the 1959 campus of Ocala High School.

Eighth Street Elementary School

Eighth Street Elementary School is an elementary school in Ocala, Florida. The school is located at the corner of Eighth Street and Tuscawilla Avenue in Southeast Ocala, near the residential Ocala Historic District. The building was designed by Lee Roy Sheftall and built by F.W. Long & Co. in 1914. The school first opened as Ocala High School. Ocala High School moved to a larger facility next door in 1925.
