Daytona North, Florida

Daytona North is an unincorporated community in Flagler County, Florida, United States. It is located south of Florida State Road 100 and west of County Road 305, west of Bunnell. The community is part of the Palm Coast Metropolitan Statistical Area. Its Population is Possibly over 2,000 in 2009. Daytona North residents most often refer to the area as the Mondex; however, that is not the official name of the area. It is also known as The Hidden Trails.

Volusia Speedway Park

Volusia Speedway Park (formerly known as Volusia County Speedway) is an auto racing facility located near Barberville in Volusia County, Florida. It operates a 1/2-mile dirt oval, a 3/8-mile asphalt oval and a 1/8-mile dirt oval for karts. It currently hosts races from the World of Outlaws series (both sprints and late models) and the UMP late model series.

Flagler County, Florida

Flagler County is a county on the east coast of the U.S. state of Florida. Created in 1917 from portions of Saint Johns and Volusia counties, it was named for Henry Morrison Flagler, who built the Florida East Coast Railway. Bunnell is the county seat of Flagler County. In 1974, Marco Polo Park, a theme park off Interstate 95 opened. It was never profitable and closed soon after.
