East Tipp Middle School

East Tipp Middle School is located in Lafayette, Indiana off of 300 N. Grades 6, 7, and 8 flow in from Hershey Elementary School before moving up to William Henry Harrison High School (West Lafayette, Indiana). Tippecanoe River

The Tippecanoe River is a gentle, 182-mile-long river in northern Indiana that flows from Big Lake in Noble County to the Wabash River near Battle Ground, about 12 miles northeast of Lafayette. The name "Tippecanoe" comes from a Miami-Illinois word for buffalo fish, reconstructed as */kiteepihkwana/. The Tippecanoe River is fed by 88 natural lakes and has a drainage area of 1,250,000 acres, spanning 14 counties.
