Bremer County, Iowa
Bremer County is a county located in the U.S. state of Iowa. It was named for Fredrika Bremer, a Swedish traveler, poet, and author. The population was 24,276 in the 2010 census, an increase from 23,325 in 2000. Its county seat is Waverly, and it is one of the three counties that make up the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Waverly Brewery
The Waverly Brewing Company of Waverly, Iowa, USA, was built in 1914 for the purpose of making Heiberg Beer, but when prohibition went into effect, the product became Country Club Near Beer and Cerex soda pop. In later years, it was used as a poultry processing plant.

KWAY is a commercial radio station serving the Waverly, Iowa area as well as Butler, Bremer and Black Hawk counties. The station primarily broadcasts a country music format. KWAY is licensed to Ael Suhr Enterprises, Inc. The station's antenna system uses two towers arranged in a directional array that concentrates its signal toward the northeast. The transmitter and tower are located on the south side of Waverly on 3rd Street SW.
