Hammond is the largest city in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 20,019 in the 2010 census, nearly evenly divided between whites and African Americans. Hammond is home to Southeastern Louisiana University. Hammond (Amtrak station)

The Hammond Amtrak station is a train station in Hammond, Louisiana, United States served by Amtrak, the national railroad passenger system. It is a station on Amtrak's City of New Orleans route which runs from Chicago, Illinois to New Orleans, Louisiana. The Illinois Central Railroad built the station in 1912. A freight station was built in Hammond in 1927 a few blocks south down the road; however this station is no longer active except as a flea market and seafood restaurant.

Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field is a baseball venue in Hammond, Louisiana, USA. It is home to the Southeastern Louisiana Lions baseball team of the NCAA's Division I Southland Conference. The facility has a capacity of 2,500 spectators. It is named after Pat Kenelly, the longest tenured baseball coach in program history. Kenelly also served as athletic director and both assistant and head football coach in his time at the university, 1948-1977.

Strawberry Stadium

Strawberry Stadium is a 10,000-seat multi-purpose stadium in Hammond, Louisiana. It is home to the Southeastern Louisiana University Lions football team. The facility opened in 1936. A renovation completed prior to the 2007 football season expanded seating and added a larger press box to the west side. In addition, a new multilevel parking garage for 500 vehicles was constructed to the west of the stadium and connected to it.
