WKTT (97.5 FM, "Cat Country") is a radio station licensed to serve Salisbury, Maryland, USA. The station, which began broadcasting in 1969, is currently owned by Delmarva Broadcasting Company. WKTT broadcasts a country music format in conjunction with sister station WXDE. After nearly 40 years of broadcasting as WICO-FM, the station was assigned the current WKTT call sign by the Federal Communications Commission on March 30, 2009.

Salisbury /ˈsɔːlzbəri/ is a city in southeastern Maryland, United States. It is the county seat of Wicomico County, Maryland and the largest city in Maryland's Eastern Shore region. The city's population was 30,343 at the 2010 census. Salisbury is the principal city of the Salisbury, Maryland Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is part of the Salisbury-Ocean Pines, Maryland Combined Statistical Area.

James M. Bennett High School is a high school located in Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland. It is part of the Wicomico County Public School system. It is one of four public high schools in Wicomico County along with Mardela Middle and High School, Parkside High School, and Wicomico High School. It was established in 1962. It has an enrollment of 1346 (in 2008) in grades nine through twelve, and 110 teachers and assistants.

Wicomico County, Maryland

Wicomico County is a county located in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of Maryland. The county's name is pronounced wy-KAHM-ih-koh. It was named for the Wicomico River, which in turn derives from Algonquian language words wicko mekee, meaning "a place where houses are built," apparently referring to an Indian town on the banks. The county seat is Salisbury. As of 2010, the population was 98,733. It is included in the Salisbury, Maryland, Metropolitan Statistical Area.
