Spring Grove Hospital Center, formerly known as Spring Grove State Hospital, is a psychiatric hospital located in the Baltimore, Maryland suburb of Catonsville. Founded in 1797, Spring Grove is the second oldest continuously operating psychiatric hospital in the United States.
