Northview, Michigan

Northview is an unincorporated community in Kent County in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is defined as a census-designated place (CDP) for statistical purposes and does not have any legal status as an incorporated municipality. The population was 14,730 at the 2000 census. The CDP is almost entrirely within Plainfield Charter Township and consists of the area north of the boundary with Grand Rapids and Grand Rapids Township and south of the Grand River.

Chauncey, Michigan

Chauncey, previously known as Buena Vista and Imperial Mills is an unincorporated, mostly historical settlement in Kent County in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is on the boundary between Cannon Township and Plainfield Township at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:43|03|01|N|85|33|01|W|region:US-MI_type:city_scale:30000_source:GNIS | |name= }}, several miles northeast of Grand Rapids. It is situated near the south end of Chauncey Road where Bear Creek enters the Grand River.

Kent County, Michigan

Kent County is a county in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is part of the Grand Rapids–Wyoming Metropolitan Statistical Area. Grand Rapids is the county seat. As of the 2010 census, the county had a population of 602,622. It is named for New York jurist and legal scholar James Kent, who represented the Michigan Territory in its dispute with Ohio over the Toledo Strip. It was set off in 1831, and organized in 1836.

Fifth Third Ballpark

Fifth Third Ballpark is a baseball stadium located in Comstock Park, Michigan, just north of Grand Rapids. Fifth Third Ballpark is home to the West Michigan Whitecaps, a professional minor league baseball team, and class A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. Fifth Third Ballpark was originally built in 1994 as Old Kent Park. The name was changed when Fifth Third Bank purchased Old Kent Bank in 2000.

Comstock Park is a census-designated place located in Alpine Township and Plainfield Township in Kent County, Michigan in the Grand Rapids metropolitan area in Michigan, United States. Plainfield Township, with a population of 30,195 as of the 2000 census, makes up most of Comstock Park. As it is defined, Comstock Park's population is approximately 10,674. "The Park", as it is often referred to, sits approximately 7 miles (11 km) north of downtown Grand Rapids.
