Museum of Lake Minnetonka

The Museum of Lake Minnetonka (MLM) is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization based in Excelsior, Minnesota, which formed after splitting from the Minnesota Transportation Museum (MTM) in 2004. The MLM's mission is to keep Lake Minnetonka's history alive in the present, using its primary asset, the Steamboat Minnehaha, as a porthole into the past. Ridgedale Center is a large, regional shopping mall in Minnetonka, Minnesota a western suburb of the Twin Cities. It is located off I-394/US 12 between Ridgedale Drive and Plymouth Road. Built in 1974, it is owned and operated by General Growth Properties. It was originally anchored by Dayton's, Donaldson's, JCPenney's, and Sears. It is the youngest of the four "dale" shopping centers circling the Twin Cities, originally developed by The Dayton Co.
