Champlain-St. Bernard de Lacolle Border Crossing
The Champlain-St. Bernard de Lacolle Border Crossing is sometimes locally referred to as the Blackpool Border Crossing, which is the name of the old crossing on US Route 9. Blackpool was located immediately to the east of this crossing, and was closed in 1967 when Interstate 87 was completed. Champlain-St. Bernard de Lacolle connects Champlain, New York and St-Bernard-de-Lacolle, Quebec and is the terminus of Interstate 87 in the U.S. and Autoroute 15 in Canada.
