Latham Circle Mall

Latham Circle Mall was an enclosed shopping mall located adjacent to the Latham Circle in Latham, New York. Built in 1957 as Latham Corners Shopping Center, the mall was renovated several times in its history, most notably in 1977 when it became one of America's earliest fully enclosed and temperature controlled shopping malls. As of 2013, it's sole tenant is it's anchor store, JCPenney, which has been part of the complex since it opened in 1957.

Shaker High School

Shaker High School, is a public high school in Latham, Albany County, New York, U.S.A. , and is the only high school operated by the North Colonie Central School District. As of 2009, it has an enrollment of over 2100 students. In 1985, it was recognized as an Exemplary School by the United States Department of Education, one of the first to receive this distinction. In 2006, it was noted as one of the top 10 high schools in New York, and one of the top 75 in the United States.

Cohoes Falls [Kahon:ios, Mohawk for "Canoe Falls"] is a waterfall on the Mohawk River shared by the city of Cohoes and the town of Waterford, New York, United States. Discovered by the indigenous Mohawk tribe, the falls were originally called Ga-ha-oose or Ga-ho'n'-yoos, which is believed to mean "The Place of the Falling Canoe.
