Vienna Township is one of fifteen townships in Forsyth County, North Carolina, USA. The township had a population of 10,243 according to the 2010 census. Geographically, Vienna Township occupies 26.19 square miles in southwestern Forsyth County. Vienna Township contains parts of the town of Lewisville as well as the unincorporated communities of Pfafftown and Vienna. The township fronts the Yadkin River on its western boundary.

It had a student population of approximately 1,700 for the 2011/12 school year. The school was constructed to begin operation at the beginning of the 2005/06 school year. As of 2013 Reagan was a North Carolina 4A school, the state's highest level, whose principal was Frank Martin.

Parts of the town of Bethania are located here but nearly all of the original township has been annexed by the City of Winston-Salem and made part of Winston Township, including the original community of Old Town.
