Williams County is a county located in the U.S. state of Ohio. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 37,642, which is a decrease of 3.9% from 39,188 in 2000. Its county seat is Bryan and is named for David Williams, one of the captors of John André in the American Revolutionary War.
