McGee Creek Reservoir
McGee Creek Reservoir is a reservoir in Atoka County, Oklahoma. It impounds the waters of McGee Creek and several smaller streams, including Potapo, Panther, Little Bugaboo, Bear, Blue, Mill, and Crooked creeks, all of which are tributaries of Muddy Boggy River. The lake, which filled at the completion of the United States Bureau of Reclamation McGee Dam in 1987, consists of 3,810 acres and 64 miles of shoreline. Its pool elevation is 577 feet above sea level and it holds 113,930 acre feet .

Darwin, Oklahoma
Darwin is a community in western Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, nine miles west of Antlers, Oklahoma. It is approximately one-half mile east of the Atoka County border. A United States Post Office opened at Darwin, Indian Territory on July 31, 1905 and operated until March 14, 1955. Founded during the waning days of the Indian Territory, Darwin was located in Jack’s Fork County, Choctaw Nation. After Oklahoma’s statehood in 1907 the area became an agricultural and farming center.

Zoraya, pronounced “Zoray”, is a community in western Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, west of Miller, Oklahoma. A United States Post Office opened at Zoraya, Indian Territory on April 22, 1905 and closed on October 31, 1919. Zoraya’s post office was established by J.A. Kirksey, a white school teacher. He was succeeded as postmaster by only two others: Culberson J. Hudson, a Choctaw Indian minister, and rancher Benjamin W.

Miller, Oklahoma
Miller is a community in southwestern Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, 10 miles northwest of Antlers, Oklahoma and a short distance west of Moyers, Oklahoma. A United States Post Office was established at Miller, Indian Territory on June 22, 1905 and operated until October 31, 1954. It was named for Dr. J.H. Miller, Jr. (1889-1924), Antlers rancher. Miller is located in southern Impson Valley, and lies at the southern foot of Long Mountain, which is to its west.

Harmony is an unincorporated community to the south-east of Atoka in Atoka County, Oklahoma, United States. Harmony has a small, K-8 school located in the community. Students of high school age either go to Atoka, Stringtown, or Tushka High Schools. Harmony also has a country store and a volunteer fire dept. The fire dept has recently gotten one new truck and are expecting another within the year.
