McKay Reservoir

McKay Reservoir is a reservoir in Umatilla County of the U.S. state of Oregon. It is an impoundment of McKay Creek, a tributary of the Umatilla River. The reservoir is located 6 miles south of Pendleton on U.S. Route 395. The reservoir has a capacity of 65,534 acre feet of water. The reservoir and land that immediately surrounds it are designated as the McKay Creek National Wildlife Refuge. The reservoir and creek that it impounds are named for Dr. William C. McKay.

Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon Hall of Fame

The Pendleton Round-Up and Happy Canyon Hall of Fame, is a hall of fame located in Pendleton, Oregon, United States. Begun in 1969, it was the first hall of fame started by an individual show, the Pendleton Round-Up. Exhibits focus on show memorabilia, and cowboy and Native American artifacts, including a full-sized teepee, saddles, clothing, Indian regalia, photographs, weapons, trophies, and wagons. The hall is open daily except Sunday.

Pendleton Round-Up

The Pendleton Round-Up is a major annual rodeo in Pendleton, Oregon, United States. Held during the second full week of September each year since 1910, the rodeo brings roughly 50,000 people every year to the city of Pendleton. The Pendleton Round-Up is a member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). The Round-Up was incorporated as a non-profit organization July 29, 1910, as the "Northwestern Frontier Exhibition Association.

Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution
