Beersville, Pennsylvania

Beersville, Pennsylvania is an exurban unincorporated community in southwestern Moore Township, Northampton County on Route 248. It is drained by the Hokendauqua Creek into the Lehigh River and is served by the Northampton Area School District. Despite the name, since the Beersville Hotel burned down in 1985, there has been no place carrying alcoholic beverages in the village. It is split between the Bath and Northampton post offices, which use the zip codes of 18014 and 18067, respectively.

Lee and Virginia Graver Arboretum

The Lee and Virginia Graver Arboretum (63 acres) is an arboretum owned by Muhlenberg College and located at 1581 Bushkill Center Road, Bath, Pennsylvania. The arboretum is open daily without charge. The arboretum was established more than 40 years ago by Dr. Lee and Virginia Graver, who cultivated wildflowers, ferns, rhododendrons, and native and rare trees, including more than 150 conifer species. The Gravers donated their property to Muhlenberg College in 1994.
