WKJQ (AM)

WKJQ was a daytime-only radio station broadcasting a religious format. Formerly licensed to Parsons, Tennessee, USA, the station was owned by Clenney Broadcasting Corporation. WKJQ went silent on July 2, 2012. On September 13, 2012, Clenney Broadcasting surrendered the station's license to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The FCC cancelled the station's license and deleted the WKJQ call sign from their database.

Mousetail Landing State Park

Mousetail Landing State Park is a 1,247-acre state park located on the eastern bank of the Tennessee River in Perry County, Tennessee near Linden. The park was established in 1986, making it one of the more recent additions to the Tennessee State Parks system. The name is thought to have been derived from an event during the American Civil War in which a tannery located at a river landing on the site of the present day state park caught fire.
