Kingsville is a city in Texas. It is the county seat of Kleberg County. The population was 26,213 at the time of the 2010 census. Kingsville is the principal city of the Kingsville Micropolitan Statistical Area, which is part of the larger Corpus Christi-Kingsville Combined Statistical Area. Kingsville was formed in 1904 and was named after King Ranch owner Richard King.

Javelina Stadium

Javelina Stadium is a stadium in Kingsville, Texas. It is primarily used for American football, and is the home field of Texas A&M University-Kingsville. The stadium holds 15,000 people and opened in 1950. A new scoreboard was installed during the 2006 football season. The scoreboard is the largest scoreboard structure in NCAA Division II and was installed and built by Daktronics. The scoreboard is 36 feet wide and 36 feet tall and stands 12 feet off the ground.
