Sachse, Texas

Sachse is a city in Collin and Dallas counties in the U.S. state of Texas. It is a northeastern suburb of Dallas. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 20,329. Northeast of Dallas, Sachse is approximately 1 mile north of the President George Bush Turnpike and Firewheel Town Center. Sachse is home to the 18-hole Woodbridge Golf Course, home of the Northern Texas Chapter of the PGA. Sachse was founded by William Sachse, a Prussian immigrant, in 1845.
