Daybreak is a master-planned community over 4,000 acres (16 km²) in size being built by land development company Kennecott Land in South Jordan, Utah. West Jordan High School
West Jordan High School is a public high school founded in 1981. Located southwest of Salt Lake City in West Jordan, Utah, it is home of just over 2000 students. The men's varsity basketball team won the 2001 state championship, as well as the 2009 State championship against Lone Peak High School, the two-time defending champion. West Jordan has one of the largest choir programs of any public school in the state, with record enrollment of over 300 students.
