Lake Lewis

Lake Lewis was a temporary lake in the Pacific Northwest region of North America, largely formed by the Missoula Floods in about the 14th millennium B.C. Lake Lewis was formed when the restricted flow of waters from periodic cataclysmic floods from Glacial Lake Missoula, pluvial Lake Bonneville, and perhaps from subglacial outbursts, backed up through the constriction formed by the Wallula Gap in the Horse Heaven Hills.

Burbank, Washington

Burbank is a census-designated place (CDP) in Walla Walla County, Washington, United States, where the Snake River meets the Columbia. The population was 3,291 at the 2010 census. Sacajawea State Park

Sacajawea State Park in Franklin County, Washington is one of the Washington State Parks. It consists of 284 acres with 9,100 feet at the confluence of the Snake and Columbia Rivers. The park is generally day-use only but does have one campsite reserved for paddlers as park of the Northwest Discovery Water Trail. Available activities include hiking, boating, fishing, swimming, waterskiing, birdwatching, interpretive activities, wildlife viewing, and horseshoes.
