Harts is a part of the Huntington-Ashland, WV-KY-OH, Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). As of the 2010 census, the MSA had a population of 287,702. New definitions from February 28, 2013 placed the population at 363,000.

East Lynn Lake

East Lynn Lake is a 1,005-acre reservoir on the East Fork Twelvepole Creek in Wayne County, West Virginia. The lake is operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, as part of a series of flood control projects for the Ohio River basin.

Armilda, West Virginia

Armilda is an unincorporated community located approximately five miles south of the town of Wayne in Wayne County, West Virginia, USA. It was named for a woman named Armilda in the early 1900s.
