White Mountain Mall

White Mountain Mall is a shopping mall located in Rock Springs, Wyoming owned and managed by Rouse Properties, one of the largest mall owners in the United States. It is one of only three enclosed malls in the entire state of Wyoming. The mall, which opened in 1978, is located near Interstate 80/U.S. Route 30/191, and features over 40 stores. Anchor stores include Herberger's, JCPenney, and Flaming Gorge Harley-Davidson, the only mall-based motorcycle retailer in the US.

Western Wyoming Community College

Western Wyoming Community College (WWCC) is a two year college located in Rock Springs, Wyoming. WWCC offers various one year certificates, numerous two year associate degrees, and some four year degrees in cooperation with the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming. The college students are known as the Mustangs. The campus itself is unique, owing to the harsh winters all of the main college is indoors, connected via hallways.

White Mountain (Wyoming)

White Mountain is a long mountain located in central Sweetwater County, Wyoming, near the cities of Rock Springs and Green River. The mountain is part of the Green River Formation, and contains communications towers that serve a number of purposes. Hundreds of carved figures also dot the sandstone cliffs at the White Mountain Petroglyph site and range from 200 to 1000 years old. Pilot Butte, located on top of White Mountain, is accessible from roads on the mountain.

Blairtown, Wyoming

Blairtown is an unincorporated community in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, United States, near Rock Springs. This town was actually a mining area before it became a town. It was started by the Blair Brothers back in the 1860s. It has its own park and is located near a set of Union Pacific Railroad.
