Jackson Hole Aerial Tram

Jackson Hole Aerial Tram is located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and has become an iconic symbol of the town. Located at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, it takes people to the top of Rendezvous Mountain. The first tram started operation on July 31, 1966, while the second tram started operation on December 20, 2008. The current tram is 12,463 feet in length. Starting at an elevation of 6,311 feet, it takes passengers up to an elevation of 12,450 feet in approximately nine minutes.

Teton Village, Wyoming

Teton Village is a census-designated place (CDP) in Teton County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 330 at the 2010 census. The village surrounds the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. It is accessed from nearby Jackson, Wyoming and the surrounding area via the Moose-Wilson Road (Wyoming highway 390). Teton Village is part of the Jackson, WY–ID Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Corbet's Couloir

Corbet's Couloir is an expert ski run located at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort named after Jackson Hole ski instructor and mountain guide Barry Corbet who famously spotted the narrow crease of snow shaped like an upside down funnel and remarked, "Someday someone will ski that.". It was first skied by local ski patroller Lonnie Ball in 1967.
