Tuy Phước is a rural district (huyện) of Binh Dinh province in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. The district capital lies at Tuy Phuoc. Port of Thi Nai

Thi Nai Port is the second largest port in Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam. It is located in Hai Cang (meaning sea port) ward at the eastern tip of Quy Nhon city. In 2009, 644 tons of goods were handled in Thi Nai Port, of which 113 tons were exported and 3 tons imported.
