Interesting facts about this location

Xuân La

Xuân La is an archaeological site in the Red River Delta in northern Vietnam. Excavations there yielded a number of coffins containing relics of the Bronze Age Dong Son culture. Xuan La is located only a short distance of 10 km from Chau Can. The seven coffins excavated at the site were uncovered in 1982 and show a basic level of similarity to those at Chau Can, but with some difficulties, according to a report by Vietnamese archaeologists Pham Quoc Quan and Trinh Can.

Jala, Nayarit

Jala is both a municipality and a town in the Mexican state of Nayarit. The population of the municipality was 16,071 in 2005, in a total area of 364.60 square kilometers. The population of the municipal seat of the same name was 9,631. Yên Bái

Yên Bái is a city and urban district in Vietnam. It is the capital of the Yen Bai province, in northeastern Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 78,016. The district covers an area of 58 km². On 9 February 1930, part of the 4th Regiment of Tonkinese Rifles stationed at Yen Bai mutinied against their French officers in the Yen Bai mutiny. They were suppressed by loyal troops from the same unit.
