Delaneys Creek is a rural suburb in Queensland, Australia. South of D'Aguilar, it is within the Moreton Bay Region. At the 2006 census, the locality had a population of 495 persons, living in 163 detached houses and five 'other' dwellings. Morayfield is a suburb of Caboolture, 44 km north of Brisbane, the state capital of Queensland, Australia. Its Local Government Area is the Moreton Bay Region. Morayfield is a mostly residential area, consisting mainly of low-set brick homes and some semi-rural acreage. The main commercial area is concentrated along Morayfield Road and includes the Morayfield Shopping Centre, which opened in 1997. The suburb is situated in the Burpengary Creek catchment area.

Shire of Caboolture

The Shire of Caboolture was a local government area located in the Australian state of Queensland on the northern urban fringe of the capital, Brisbane, and south of the Sunshine Coast. The Shire covered an area of 1,224.4 square kilometres, of which approximately one-quarter was urban, and existed as a local government entity from 1879 until 2008, when it amalgamated with the City of Redcliffe and Shire of Pine Rivers to form the Moreton Bay Region.
