Satindra Mohan Dev Stadium

Satindra Mohan Dev Stadium is a multipurpose stadium situated at Silchar, Assam. The stadium was earlier known as the DSA Stadium. Barak Valley

Barak Valley (also South Assam) is a southern region of the Indian state of Assam. The main city of the valley is Silchar. The place is named after the Barak river. Barak valley mainly consists of three districts namely Cachar, Karimganj, and Hailakandi. Karimganj, the district headquarters of Karimganj district, is the second largest town in valley. It is considered as the cultural center of Barak valley.

Silchar Medical College and Hospital

Silchar Medical College and Hospital was established in 1968 in the town of Silchar, India. The Silchar Medical College and Hospital is the only referral hospital in the southern part of Assam and so is the sole custodian of health care system of the entire Barak Valley.
