Moll's Gap

Moll's Gap is a pass on the N71 road from Kenmare to Killarney in County Kerry Ireland. On the Ring of Kerry route, with views of the Macgillycuddy's Reeks mountains, the area and its shop is a panoramic spot visited by thousands of tourists each year. The rocks at Moll's gap are formed of Old Red Sandstone. Moll's Gap is named after Moll Kissane.

The Black Valley

The Black Valley in County Kerry, is a remote location in the Macgillycuddy's Reeks situated south of the Gap of Dunloe and north of Moll's Gap. The valley is also part of the Kerry Way, a walkers version of the Ring of Kerry beginning and ending in Killarney. The valley is also noted for being the last place in Ireland to be connected to the electricity and telephone networks due to its remoteness. The connection happened in 1978, according to a CIE Tour Guide.

Ladies View (Ireland)

Ladies View is a scenic point along the N71 portion of the Ring of Kerry, in Killarney National Park, Ireland. The name apparently stems from the admiration of the view given by Queen Victoria's ladies-in-waiting during their 1861 visit. It has a small car park, and a cafe called Ladies View Industries

Dunkerron Castle

Dunkerron Castle is located in County Kerry, Munster in south-west Ireland. The castle can be associated with the O'Sullivan family. One of the last members of a branch of the O'Sullivans was Donal O'Sullivan who died in 16 April 1754. Donal died without issue or heirs. The title he bore, "The Prince of Dunkerron", became extinct on his death. The British did issue a Baron Dunkeron title to the Petty family in the 17th century. It remained right up to modern times.

Park (restaurant)

Park is a restaurant housed in the Park Hotel Kenmare, Kenmare, County Kerry, Ireland. It is a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1983-1990 and in the period 1994-1999. The Egon Ronay Guide awarded the restaurant one star in the period 1983-1984. The restaurant is housed in the 5-star hotel "Park Hotel Kenmare", which was established in 1897.
