Port Eliot

Port Eliot in St Germans, Cornwall, is the seat of the Eliot family, whose current head is Peregrine Eliot, 10th Earl of St Germans. Port Eliot comprises a house with its own church – which is the parish church of St Germans. An earlier church building was the cathedral for the whole of Cornwall. The house is within an estate of 6,000-acre which extends into the neighbouring villages of Tideford, Trerulefoot and Polbathic and is listed Grade I.

Saltash United F.C

Saltash United Football Club is an English semi-professional football club based in Saltash, Cornwall that plays in South West Peninsula League Premier Division. Since its formation in 1946, the club has won three Western Football League Premier Division titles, one Western Football League Division One title and two South Western League titles. The club crest adopts the heraldic seal used by the town of Saltash for many centuries.

River Lynher

The River Lynher or St Germans River flows through east Cornwall, UK, passing St Germans and enters the River Tamar at the Hamoaze, which in turn flows into Plymouth Sound. The estuary of the Lynher is called Hallamore (Cornish: Hal an Mor, meaning the sea marsh).
