Landore is the name of an electoral ward, a community in the City and County of Swansea, Wales, UK. The community does not have a community council. Landore is bounded by the wards of Castle to the south west; Cwmbwrla to the west; Mynydd-Bach to the north west; Morriston to the north; Bonymaen to the east; and St. Thomas to the south east.

Landore TMD

Landore TMD is a railway Traction Maintenance Depot situated in Landore, near Swansea, Wales. The depot is operated by First Great Western and is used to service their fleet of Class 43 High Speed Trains. Liberty Stadium

The Liberty Stadium is a purpose-built sports stadium and conferencing venue in the Landore area of Swansea, Wales. The stadium is all-seated, with a capacity of 20,750 making it the largest purpose-built venue in Swansea and the third largest stadium in Wales after the Millennium Stadium and the Cardiff City Stadium. It is also the home of Swansea City and the Ospreys. As a result of Swansea City's promotion the stadium is the first Premier League ground in Wales.

Landore viaduct

The Landore viaduct is a railway viaduct over the Swansea valley and the River Tawe at Landore in south Wales. It provides a link between Swansea city centre and the West Wales Line to the South Wales Main Line. The valley crossing provides a panoramic view of Landore, Kilvey Hill, the Liberty Stadium and the Swansea Enterprise Park. The viaduct dates as far back as 1850. Originally, it was 563-metre long structure designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel.

Morris Castle

Morris Castle (also known as Castle Graig) is the name given to a ruined building that is situated off Trewyddfa Road above the Landore area of Swansea, South Wales. It was built between 1768 and 1774 on behalf of Sir John Morris to house the families of workers at his industrial enterprises (mainly the copper works of Landore). The building originally consisted of four interconnected towers, each four storeys tall.
