A group of dwellings known as the Isle of Wight is situated within the site, and a track, Common Road, leads to it from the northwest.

Effingham Junction railway station is situated near the villages of Effingham and East Horsley in Surrey, England. Although the station takes its name from the former town, and the immediate vicinity has itself become known as Effingham Junction, it is actually located in the latter. Polesden Lacey
Polesden Lacey is an Edwardian house (expanded from an earlier building) and estate. It is located on the North Downs at Great Bookham, near Dorking, Surrey, England. It is owned and run by the National Trust and is one of the Trust's most popular properties. This Regency house was extensively remodelled in 1906 by the Hon. Mrs Ronald Greville, a well-known Edwardian hostess.

Bocketts Farm
Bocketts Farm in Leatherhead, Surrey, England is a working family farm set in the countryside on the slopes of the North Downs. Animals on the farm include lambs, piglets, goat kids, chicks and ducklings born throughout the year. In addition there are play areas for children of all ages.
