Atticall

Attical or Atticall (from Irish: Áit Tí Chathail, meaning "place of Cathal's house") is a small village and townland in the Mourne Mountains of County Down, Northern Ireland. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 153 people. It lies within the Newry and Mourne District Council area. The village has a Catholic maintained primary school, called Holy Cross, for 4–11 year olds. There is also a Roman Catholic church, a shop and a Gaelic football club.

Silent Valley Reservoir

The Silent Valley Reservoir is a reservoir located in the Mourne Mountains near Kilkeel, County Down in Northern Ireland. It supplies most of the water for County Down, surrounding counties and most of Belfast. It is owned and maintained by Northern Ireland Water Limited. The reservoir was built between 1923 and 1933 by a workforce of over one thousand men, nine of whom died.
