Hestand Stadium is a 7,000-seat covered open-air stadium located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. It is the site of the annual Southeast Arkansas District Fair and Rodeo. The stadium contains 33,480 square feet of field space. It is used for other outdoor events. It is the flagship facility of the Southeast Arkansas District fairgrounds, which also include five exhibit halls totaling 25,200 square feet and four barns totalling 23,800 square feet of space.

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) is a historically black university located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, United States. Founded in 1873, it is the oldest HBCU and the second oldest public institution in the state of Arkansas. UAPB is a member-school of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund.
