Tuolumne Grove

Tuolumne Grove is a sequoia grove located near Crane Flat in Yosemite National Park, at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|46|09|N|119|48|36|W| |primary |name= }}. It is about 16 miles west of Yosemite Village on Tioga Pass Road. The grove contains many conifers, including a few Sequoiadendron giganteum as well as Tsuga mertensiana and Pinus lambertiana. While smaller than the Mariposa Grove the Tuolumne Grove is less visited and provides a more secluded experience.

Tamarack Flat Campground

Tamarack Flat Campground is a located in Yosemite National Park about 20 miles from the Valley at an elevation of 6,300 feet . There are 52 campsites and all are issued under a first-come first-served basis. There is a 3 miles unpaved road leading from the main road downhill to the campground. Each campsite contains a fire ring, picnic table, and food locker, and is near a vault toilet. Stream water must be treated (by boiling, using a filter, or using iodine). Potable water is not available.

Merced Grove

Merced Grove is a giant sequoia grove located near Crane Flat just inside the western boundary of Yosemite National Park north of El Portal and the Merced River, at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|44|58|N|119|50|14|W|type:landmark_region:US-CA |primary |name= }} [elevation 5,469 feet ]. It is in the small valley of Moss Creek, accessible by short hike. It has 40 sequoias over 5 feet in diameter including around 15 over 10 feet in diameter.

White Wolf (Yosemite)

White Wolf is a campground and concession area outside of Yosemite Valley in the northern area of Yosemite National Park along Tioga Road. The campground is directly off the road and thus does not require a rough drive to the campground such as other Yosemite campgrounds outside of the valley. White Wolf Campground contains 74 campsites and has the look and feel of Bridalveil Creek Campground. The campground is not near a creek and is quite rocky and sunny.

Wildcat Falls

Wildcat Falls is located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37.72328|N|119.71697|W||||| |primary |name= }} in the western quarter of Yosemite National Park alongside Highway 140, approximately 2.8 miles inside the park from the Arch Rock Entrance. It consists of a relatively thin string of falls and cascades totaling 720 feet (some sources list 630 feet), and only flows until about May or June. There are a total of seven drops in the waterfall, the longest being 120 feet.
