Union Cemetery (Easton, Connecticut)

Union Cemetery is a cemetery that is located near Stepney Road in Easton, Connecticut. The site dates back to the 1700's and is reputed to be one of the most haunted cemeteries not only in Connecticut, but also in the entire United States. Great Hollow Lake

Great Hollow Lake is approximately 16 acres in size and is a part of William E. Wolfe Park, located in Monroe, Connecticut. The lake includes a trout park with approximately 700 feet of beach and facilities. Fishing, swimming and non-motorized boating are all permitted.

Stepney Cemetery

Stepney Cemetery is an old cemetery in Monroe, Connecticut, located in the village of Stepney. It was established next to the Stepney Green in 1794. Many of the area's earliest settlers are buried in the cemetery; the oldest headstone belongs to Nathaniel W. Knapp (died 1787). The cemetery is also known as Birdsey's Plain Cemetery or Beardsley Plain Cemetery. Next to the cemetery is Our Lady of The Rosary Chapel.
