WUCX-FM, FM 90.1 in Bay City, Michigan, is licensed to Central Michigan University and operated jointly with Delta College. It airs programming (both local and syndicated) separate from WCMU-FM between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays, from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturdays, and from 6 a.m. until 12 p. m on Sundays. WHNN is an FM radio station serving the Saginaw-Bay City-Midland area and Flint with its classic hits format. It broadcasts on FM frequency 96.1 and is under ownership of Cumulus Media. The station's powerful 100,000-watt frequency blankets a large chunk of the central and eastern Lower Peninsula, from Mount Pleasant to the Thumb and from Pontiac to West Branch, but its signal toward the southwest is inhibited by co-channel WMAX-FM in Holland, Michigan.

Wisner Township, Michigan

Wisner Township is a civil township of Tuscola County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 749 at the 2000 census. The first land entries in this area were made by Joshua Terry in 1853, by Green Bird in 1854, and by Isaiah Jester in 1855. The township was first organized in 1861 and named after Moses Wisner, Governor of Michigan from 1859–1861.
