Hubbard County is a county located in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of 2010, the population was 20,428, an increase from 18,376 in 2000. Its county seat is Park Rapids. A portion of the Leech Lake Indian Reservation is in the county. It is named after Governor Lucius Frederick Hubbard (R).

Emmaville, Minnesota

Emmaville is a small unincorporated community in Hubbard County, Minnesota, United States. The community is located at the intersection of County Roads 4 and 24 just in between Park Rapids and Lake George and features a gas station, convenience store and cafe.
