Rhinebeck (town), New York

Rhinebeck is a town in Dutchess County, New York, United States. The population was 3,358 at the 2010 census. The Town of Rhinebeck in the northwest part of Dutchess County in the Hudson Valley. Rhinebeck is also the name of a village in the town. US Route 9 passes through the town. The Town also includes the hamlet of Rhinecliff, which has an Amtrak station, Rhinecliff-Kingston (Amtrak station), with service to Chicago, Cleveland, Buffalo, Albany and New York City.

The Shenendehowa Central School District is a public school district located in New York's Capital Region. The district's 232-acre main campus is located off NY 146 in Clifton Park, and is home to eight of the districts 12 schools, in five buildings. The remaining four schools are so called "neighborhood elementary schools" and are located throughout the district in three buildings.

Shenendehowa High School

Shenendehowa High School is a public high school located in Clifton Park, New York, part of New York's Capital Region. It is part of the Shenendehowa Central School District and serves the district's 9th through 12th graders. Students are divided between two buildings (East and West) by their grade level. Both buildings are located on the district's main campus off of NY 146. The recently expanded East building houses 10th through 12th graders, while the West building houses only 9th graders.

Margaret Lewis Norrie State Park

Margaret Lewis Norrie State Park is a state park in Dutchess County, New York in the USA. The park is located on the east shore of the Hudson River in the Town of Hyde Park. Within the state park is the Staatsburgh State Historic Site, informally called Mills Mansion, a 65-room estate home designed by the architects McKim, Mead, and White.

Greg Quinn

Greg Quinn (born 1950) is an American farmer in Staatsburg, New York, who with the help of several state senators and assemblypersons successfully overturned a 1911 New York state ban in 2003 on the commercial cultivation of blackcurrants, a berry fruit used in juice, jams, candy, yogurt, ice cream, and cereal that provides twice the antioxidant ORCA capacity per serving of blueberries, four times the vitamin C content of oranges, and twice the potassium content of bananas.
