Binya, New South Wales
Binya is a farming community in the centre of the Riverina area and situated about 30 kilometres east of Griffith along Burley Griffin Way, heading in the direction of Ardlethan. In 2006, Binya had a population of 238 people. The railway line opened in 1916. Passenger services ceased in 1983 and the station closed in 1985 however the line remains open for goods trains. Binya Post Office opened on 19 June 1916.

Yenda
Yenda is a town in the Riverina district of New South Wales, Australia. The town is located about 16 kilometres east of Griffith, 45 kilometres of Narrandera, and 550 kilometres west of Sydney in the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area of southern New South Wales. Yenda was originally populated by Australian, English, Scottish and French returned servicemen from the first World War but an influx of Italian farmers followed.

Cocoparra is a national park in New South Wales, 457 km west of Sydney. Cocoparra National Park is located 25 kilometres northeast of Griffith, in the Riverina region of south western New South Wales. It includes a prominent range of hills such as Bingar Mountain, 455 metres above sea level and Brogden Mountain, 390 metres above sea level, in an otherwise largely flat landscape. Adjoining the national park to the north is Cocoparra Nature Reserve.
