Boggabilla is a small town in the far north of inland New South Wales, Australia in Moree Plains Shire. In 2006, the town had a population of 647, of which 56% identified as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent. The name Boggabilla comes from Gamilaraay bagaaybila, literally "full of creeks". The same "creek" element is found in the name of Boggabri.

The Dumaresq flows into the Macintyre River. The Severn river (Qld) is often noted as the ultimate source of the Darling River. The Severn River is one of the Border Rivers and ought not be confused with the nearby New South Wales river of the same name that flows directly into the Macintyre River.
