Lake Canobolas

Lake Canobolas, formerly known as Meadow Creek Dam, is a body of water located approximately 10 kilometres to the south west of Orange, New South Wales. The dam was constructed in 1918 by the then Canobolas Shire Council as water supply to Orange. Since that time the administration of the dam has been taken over by Orange City Council.

Canobolas railway station

Canobolas is a closed railway station on the Broken Hill railway line in New South Wales, Australia. It is located on Canobolas Road in Orange, and was originally named Orange Racecourse as it served the Towac Park Racecourse. The station building survives as a private residence.

Orange High School (New South Wales)

Orange High School is a co-educational, secondary, public, day school located in Orange, a provincial city of New South Wales, Australia, 260 kilometres west of Sydney. Founded in 1912, the school was the first state secondary school to be established in western New South Wales, and is one of two government secondary schools located in the city of Orange, the other being Canobolas Rural Technology High School.
