Darbys Falls, New South Wales
Darbys Falls is a town situated 15 km east of Cowra, New South Wales. It has a population of approximately 70 people, and is a minor tourist destination of the region. Darbys Falls is home to one of NSW's premier public astronomical observatories. The school has now closed. Wyangla Dam Public School services primary aged students. It contains remains of a brief goldrush during the late 19th century which left behind a number of substantial buildings before the village relapsed into relative isolation. It includes a restored railway station, hotel, memorial hall and general store. At the 2006 census, Woodstock had a population of 263.

It is 91 km northwest of Goulburn and 52 km southeast of Cowra. Nearby towns are: Abercrombie, Binda, Greenmantle, Grabine, Reids Flat, and Tuena.
