Wowan, Queensland
Wowan is a small rural township in Central Queensland, Australia. It is named from the Aboriginal word for Australian brush-turkey. At the 2006 census, Wowan and the surrounding area had a population of 338. The town was settled in 1912. Farm produce from the area includes beef, hay, grain, pork and eggs.

Dululu
Dululu is a small town in Central Queensland, Australia, in northern Banana Shire. The town sits at the junction of the Burnett and Leichhardt highways, 70 km south-west of Rockhampton, Queensland and 610 km north-west of Brisbane. At the 2011 census, Dululu and the surrounding area had a population of 139. The town's original name was Bunerba. The Railway Department changed this to Dululu in 1915 to avoid confusion with Buneru, another town located near Wowan.

The Dee River is a river in Central Queensland, Australia. The Dee is a tributary of the Dawson River, itself a tributary of the Fitzroy River. The mining town of Mount Morgan is located on the river. It is crossed by the Burnett Highway a number of times. The Dee River rises in the Razorback Range south of Bouldercombe Gorge Resources Reserve near Bouldercombe.
