Shire of Bendemere was a local government area in the Maranoa region of Queensland, Australia, until incorporated into Maranoa Regional Council on 26 July 2009. Towns in the shire included Jackson, Wallumbilla and the location of the administration offices, Yuleba. Yuleba, Queensland

Yuleba is a town in the Maranoa district of South West Queensland, Australia, located 420 kilometres west of the state capital, Brisbane along the Warrego Highway. At the 2006 census, Yuleba had a population of 183. The town is said to be named after an Aboriginal word meaning "the place of water lilies". Yuleba was established in 1878 and was connected to the railway in 1879.

Wallumbilla, Queensland

Wallumbilla is a community in South West Queensland, Australia, situated five hours by road west from Brisbane, just east of Roma. At the 2006 census, Wallumbilla had a population of 285. Wallumbilla's Calico Cottage, open seven days a week, is the town's Visitor Information Centre. As well as this, Calico Cottage sells locally-produced arts and crafts along with refreshments. The town also contains three churches, as well as a Masonic Hall.
