Yatina
Yatina is a town in the Mid North region of South Australia. The town is located in the District Council of Orroroo Carrieton, 249 kilometres from the state capital, Adelaide. The town's name derives from the Aboriginal name of a nearby black rock. Yatina was proclaimed as a town in July 1874 and the first town lots were sold in September that year. The Yatina Hotel was also built that same year.

Black Rock is a hamlet in South Australia on the Black Rock Plains at the intersections of the roads connecting Peterborough, Jamestown and Orroroo, including Wilmington–Ucolta Road (B56), in the mid-north section of the state. Peterborough is a town in the mid north of South Australia, in wheat country, just off the Barrier Highway. At the 2006 census, Peterborough had a population of 1,689. It was originally named Petersburg after the landowner, Peter Doecke, who sold land to create the town. It was one of 69 places in South Australia renamed in 1917 due to anti-German sentiments during World War I.
