Blackwood, Victoria
Blackwood is a town in Victoria, Australia. The town is located on the Lerderderg River, 89 kilometres north west of the state capital, Melbourne. Blackwood is in the Shire of Moorabool local government area and had a population of 235 at the 2006 census. The town was founded in 1855 during the Victorian gold rush and at one stage had a population of around 13,000 prospectors. The Post Office opened on 22 September 1855 and was known as Mount Blackwood until 1921.

The Lerderderg River diversion tunnel, known as The Tunnel, is located on the Lerderderg River approximately 25 km north-west of Bacchus Marsh, Victoria, Australia. The river flows around a spur in a horseshoe bend. The tunnel was driven through the spur diverting the river and allowing the exposed river bed to be sluiced for alluvial gold.

Lyonville, Victoria
Lyonville is a town located in the Shire of Hepburn, Victoria, Australia. East of Daylesford on the Trentham road, the town takes its name from James Lyon who had arrived in the Glenlyon district in the 1860s. At the 2006 census, Lyonville had a population of 156. Lyonville Post Office opened on 15 May 1882 and closed in 1993. The Lyonville railway station was a stage of the Carlsruhe to Daylesford line until it closed in 1978.

Lyonville Railway Station is a railway station in Lyonville, Victoria, Australia. The station was opened on Wednesday, 17 March 1880, and closed on Monday, 3 July 1978. There is no longer any track provided at Lyonville Station although the previously derelict station building and platform have been restored as a private residence. A restored passenger carriage and guard's van are also located at this station.

Bullarto is 7 km south east of Daylesford on the Trentham road and is a potato growing district. The Bullarto railway station is the current terminus of the Daylesford Spa Country Railway rail motor tourist services. A post office opened there in 1874 and used barred numeral number 855 cancel (rated RRRR - 4 to 12 examples considered to exist).
