Eaglehawk railway station

Eaglehawk is a railway station on the Swan Hill railway line in the Bendigo suburb of Eaglehawk, Victoria, Australia. The station is located on Hall Street and has a disused goods shed and crane. Eaglehawk is the terminus for some V/Line Bendigo line trains and is also the junction for the freight-only Eaglehawk - Inglewood line, which connects to the Robinvale and Kulwin lines.

Thubten Shedrup Ling

Thubten Shedrup Ling is the first Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Australia. It is situated near Bendigo, Victoria, and is a member of the International Mahayana Institute of the FPMT. In 1994 Lama Zopa Rinpoche asked Australian Buddhist monk Ven. Thubten Gyatso to establish a monastery on land near Bendigo donated by the family of Mr. Ian Green.

Eaglehawk, Victoria

Eaglehawk is a former gold-mining town in Victoria, Australia and a suburb within the City of Greater Bendigo. The town is situated to the north-west of Bendigo on the Loddon Valley Highway. The highway is known locally as High Street until the intersection with Sailors Gully Road (Bendigo - Pyramid Road) and as Peg Leg Road to the west. Located on this intersection is Brassey Square which is the location of the town hall.
