Flowerdale is a town in Victoria, Australia. The town is located in the Shire of Murrindindi local government area, 95 kilometres from the state capital, Melbourne. The town is located in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range, in the upper catchment of the Goulburn River system. Flowerdale Post Office opened on 4 February 1881 and closed in 1974.

Hazeldene, Victoria

Hazeldene is a town in central Victoria, Australia. The town is located 102 kilometres north of the state capital, Melbourne. At the 2006 census, Hazeldene had a population of 535. The town was affected by the Black Saturday bushfires, with over 200 houses being destroyed and over ten deaths recorded as occurring in Hazeldene. The General Store and Post Office were spared, but the Jarara Community Centre was destroyed in the bushfires.

The Division of McEwen is an Australian Electoral Division in the state of Victoria. It is located in the centre of the state, north of the capital city of Melbourne. Strath Creek is a small town in central Victoria, Australia. The town is located in the Shire of Murrindindi local government area, 104 kilometres north of the state capital, Melbourne, on the creek of the same name which flows into King Parrot Creek to the north. At the 2006 census, Strath Creek and the surrounding area had a population of 432.

Kinglake National Park

Kinglake is a national park in Victoria, Australia, 50 kilometres northeast of Melbourne. The park includes tracks (some with wheelchair access), and camping facilities. The national park includes Masons Falls, a picnic area with falls and natural flora. Layered sediment forms the valley, containing fossils from when the area was once covered by the sea. Natural fauna includes wallaby, kangaroo, wombat, possum and echidna.
