Torrumbarry is a town in northern Victoria, Australia. The town is in the Shire of Campaspe local government area and on the Murray Valley Highway, 241 kilometres north of the state capital, Melbourne. The town was once large but shrunk over time. The town still houses a hotel, a hall, a general store and a post office. The locality's population is 291 although the township's population is estimated at 21.

Patho Plains Important Bird Area

The Patho Plains Important Bird Area comprises a 794 km tract of mainly pastoral farmland near the town of Gunbower in north-central Victoria, south-eastern Australia. It contains several relatively small nature conservation reserves as well as the 38 km Terrick Terrick National Park.

Gunbower, Victoria

Gunbower is a town in northern Victoria, Australia. The town is located in the Shire of Campaspe, 272 kilometres north of the state capital, Melbourne on the banks of Gunbower Creek. At the 2006 census, Gunbower had a population of 269. Gunbower Post Office opened on 8 March 1876. Gunbower has a horse racing club, the Gunbower Racing Club, which holds the Gunbower Cup meeting in October (the only meeting for the year).

Wharparilla Flora Reserve

The Wharparilla Flora Reserve is a small environmental reserve located 2 km west of Echuca, Victoria, Australia. Wharparilla Run was the original sheep station in Northern Victoria that encompassed a vast area of north central Victoria. In 1852, land from Wharparilla Run was gazetted by the Victorian government to establish the township of Echuca, which today is a thriving agriculture and tourism town on the Murray River, directly north of Melbourne.

Moama

Moama is a town in the Riverina district of southern New South Wales, Australia, in the Murray Shire local government area. The town is directly across the Murray River from the larger town of Echuca in the neighbouring state of Victoria, to which it is connected by a bridge. At the 2006 census, Moama had a population of 3,331.
